Try walking a lot..if you have stairs in your house climb up and down as many times as you can with exercise in mind..jogging or cycling are the two best ways to lose weight along with swimming..so feel free to choose whichever you are comfortable with..food wise do not consume too much pasta, corn and starchy stuff..eat more fibrous stuff like beans and broccoli..cabbage is the best..also have a cup of black tea once in the morning and once at night..its speeds up your metabolism..depending on how active you are daily, limit, reduce or increase your food consumption..and most importantly no fried food..brown bread is good..banana and other such fruits are good..all fruits are good..try and stick to a raw diet mostly like salads but maintain a wholesome diet with all the required nutrients.. |
