Question about weight loss/dieting?
Okay, so i've been taking in around 700 calories a day and i've been doing a lot of hiking up mountains that are approximately 3 miles to the top and then going another 5 6 miles. All the exercise i've been doing takes around 5 hours each day. and then running about 3 miles a day, and then the calories that I lose just doing average everyday housework and things of that nature. Right now I'm 5'2" and I weigh around 127 and i'm 20 years old, how long while keeping this up do you think it would take me to get down to my goal weight of 107 114? Any help is appreciated.

Good 20 pound weight loss diet?
Ok so i want to lose 20 pounds in about a month, what is a good diet? I was thinking 4 flour tortillas, 3 medium sized potatoes, 1, 20 oz gatoratde, and maybe something else light? then again i dont know anything about diets so can u help?
How can I effectively put myself on a good weight loss diet?
Hello everyone, in my short 19 years I have never had the luxury of being at a normal weight. Well I'm sure no one wants to here a sob story I'll get straight to the point P. If you are reading this I am sure that you know the basics of what I an going to ask, but I would greatly appreciate if you could also answer some other questions as well . I am having an extremely hard time losing weight, I cannot seem to go a week without going straight back to the junk food that has been plaguing me for years. After experiencing increased back and chest pains I decided that it is time for me to lose weight, and of course my family practitioner agreed his concern for my weight and pains in the chest made me very uneasy about my future . I thought I could just go with my own flow and not bother reading up on articles since from what I seen, it is just someone trying to scam you for money ' . What I have been doing is working out for 40 minutes a day on specific body parts and the what not. I believe I got the training down pretty decently, I weight train and walk for at least an hour day, sometimes up to 3 hours if I'm " feeling" it ha ha. Now like a lot of men and women, I just can not stop eating. I put myself on a regular diet, which I think is correct. 4 5 small meals a day consisting of little meat trying to substitute nuts for meat as much as I can , an apple or a banana, some good ole pasta and a piece of whole grain bread. Then it hits me, that sudden urge for greasy food and other junk. Probably the worst combo I literally ALWAYS get, a large bag of chips, 1L of coke and cookies to boot.I try not to starve myself since I'll just end up losing water weight? and muscle I think I heard that right at least . I am 5'11 325lbs and desperate to lose at least 140lbs by maybe years end. Any help is appreciated, even the sarcastic ones that will give me a giggle Am I doing the correct routine?How can I stop these " urges" to eat?Will I ever know why Uwe Boll continues to make terrible movies?

I eat a lot of yogurt, most of the time i have yogurt for breakfast. I have low fat yogurts but does the dairy goods make you gain weight because i have been keeping my calorie count 2000 or lower and i have been doing kickboxing for 20 45 min a day but im not losing weight HELP PLEASE and if you know any low calorie healthy meal ideas please post them too.
Weight loss/diet Question?
Okay so I've lost a lot of weight I'm 5'9 and I weighed 166 and now I weigh 144 but I still feel really fat and uncomfortable, and I don't really see where I'm losing the weight, in fact at times I feel like I am almost more fat than when I started especially when I look in the mirror. Tips on basic weight loss diet?
i would like advice on a basic meal plan. I know they are everywhere a person could look, but honestly, i've spent so much time and always find very odd or complex ideas. A few now and then would be good but I work everyday and go to school at night and need simple throw together ideas. If I have to count calories, i will just quit. i don't have that much to loose, 20 lbs. would be nice. Would exercises and a basic type of diet allow me to do this in 1 month. I'm guessing not. Chicken chicken chicken. ugh. I like it but am so tired of lemon and pepper. Lunches for work WW bread, light mayo, mustard and turkey. over and over. throw in an apple too. Water all day. I get so annoyed because I cannot think of what to eat that I put it off until I am so hungry that I don't care and I run to Mcd's. Also I am so tired everyday since I cut down on B.S. food and Pepsi. I crave Pepsi so bad that it's ridiculous. i used to drink many in a day. I started taking vit. B complex and a multi vitamin, but my lack of Pepsi and carbs. is draining me. I haven't even begun exercisingng because I'm always in half a daze. NO ENERGY.
