I need to lose two sizes down what's the best free weight loss programme I can use that works in two months?
I'm a size 18 and desparately need to be a 16 by end of september somebody please help me

Have i lost as much as I should have on this routine.Typical BreakfastPorridge with Low Fat Milk, Pineapple and Coffee or Weetabix with Low Fat milk, Banana and CoffeeLunch2 Slices of Home made Farmhouse Whole Meal Brown Bread with Ham and CheeseA banana, a Satsuma, a cup of tea or a wholemeal pitta, ham cheese, with fruit and teaDinnerSardines on Brown Toast with cucumber and mushrooms or Grilled Salmon with Stir Fried Veg or one cup of pasta with mushrooms cucumber and tomato stir inTea, one BiscuitSupperYoughurt with Fruit or a bowl of Corn Flakes with Cereal, Cup of teaAt the weekends I might have one take away, or maybe a larger main dinner one of the days, also I would often have eggs and grilled bacon one morning with brown toast. and could often have a few beers and crisps chips. On a Friday night. I also drink 2 3 litres of water a day.I walk for 20 minutes before work 4 days a week, I then jog for 40 minutes 5 days a week after work, play indoor soccer one evening a week, and rest on Fridays.I have lost 25 pounds in 4 months on this routineIs this too little for all my work?I was 220 I am now 198 lbs. I am 5 foot 8 , 30 years old male Thank you.

Just started a new weight loss programme - in need of advice please?
I've been grumbling about an extra 20 or so pounds for the last year, and finally decided to do something about it. I've hauled my mini stair stepper similar to a lateral thigh trainer out, and have been doing in the region of 40 minutes to an hour a day, at the highest intensive setting. I've cut out snacks and sugary foods, instead using cans of diet coke as treats, and I'm eating roughly 400 to 800 calories a day, keeping saturated fat low. I've lost about three pounds so far this week, which I'm fairly pleased with, and although I wish it was more, I'm aware of the importance of taking these things slowly.My question is is this a sensible and sustainable diet plan? Will I continue to lose weight or is the nutritional balance going to cause my metabolism to slow? I haven't struggled so far, and am feeling very positive, but want to be sure I am moving in the right direction with this. Any advice much appreciated

Nine year old daughter is 15 pounds over weight, and my husband and I are 60 100 lbs over weight.We need help. We know we need to lose weight, and so does our daughter. With so many different weight loss programs, how do I know which one will work best for me?
I have finally decided to get back on track and lose weight. I am 331lbs, 5 foot 4. So, yes, I am rather morbidly obese. I was doing good about a yr ago and did lose weight, but I was so happy, that I ate and got off track. I need to get healthy. I am not sure if I want to do the lap band, or gastric bypass. I have looked into both. But with so many exercising & weight loss programs, how will I know what works best? I don't want to spend tons of $ trying Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, etc....last time I was seeing a dietitian, but my insurance now doesn't cover that.
