Question: Weight loss tips? am i on the right track?

Ok, so I weigh around 125 lbs. I'd like to be 105. I also have a lot of torso fat.. well mainly love handles and big hips. I have been playing the Wii Fit, I burn 400 calories a week with the tracker. For breakfast I eat a Nutrigrain (sp?) Bar or cantalope. For lunch I eat a whole wheat sandwich with turkey and some mustard along with a small cookie. (NO. I will NOT give up the cookie! That is my motivation lol) For dinner I normally eat soup, pasta, another sandwich, salad.. somewhere along that line. Any advice? Tips? Thanks! Amy |
