Ok, so I weigh around 125 lbs. I'd like to be 105. I also have a lot of torso fat.. well mainly love handles and big hips. I have been playing the Wii Fit, I burn 400 calories a week with the tracker. For breakfast I eat a Nutrigrain (sp?) Bar or cantalope. For lunch I eat a whole wheat sandwich with turkey and some mustard along with a small cookie. (NO. I will NOT give up the cookie! That is my motivation lol) For dinner I normally eat soup, pasta, another sandwich, salad.. somewhere along that line. Any advice? Tips? Thanks! Amy

Go light on the pasta, it is a carb and turns to sugar. dring more water. Otherwise, great!

Sounds perfect, just be sure you are doing tone type exercises, because that is what you are going to need for the love handles, help the hips also.

You seem to be doing well.. but i'd replace the nutrigrain bar with something less processed and full of sugar. maybe just the cantaloupe? i don't know... but nice job burning so much with the wii fit! i know a ton of people who buy it, use it once, swear they're going to use it every day, then forget about it :D
