So im currently at 227.5 lbs and i have been exercising on the elliptical since july and have gained weight. i was 222 lbs at the beginning of the summer but i have also been lifting weights since the beginning of the summer so is it possible that i gained muscle so thats why the scale says 227. This is the thing, i was able to fit into a large t shirt when i was 222 lbs but now i can barely fit into a large with out some shirts feeling tight. So can this be it?im male and 17 years old. I lift 15 lbs for each arm and do 3 sets of 12 reps or however that goes then i use the elliptical for 30 minutes and dont laugh cuz i works then i use the shake weight for six minutes.
Is it possible to lose stretch marks with weight loss?
would they noticeably go away? how much weight would you have to lose?

is this a good plan to burn fat very very quickly I run on the tredmill for a total of about 30 minutes at an incline of 7 the whole time 5.5 mph 1 min6mph 2 min7mph 1 min6.5mph 2 min7.5mph 1 min7mph 2 min8mph 1 min7.5mph 2 min8.5mph 1 min7.5 2 min9 mph 1 min7mph 2min8mph 1 min9mph 1 minthen for 9 minutes I run at about 6.5 7.5 pace the whole time then sprint at 9mph for 1 min, then cool down at 5.5also I have swim practice for about 1hr 45minin the run I usually do about 3.5 miles and burn around 600 caloriesI did not run today because I ran 7 miles yesterday, but still had swim practice because its 5x a weekIf I get more veggies and fruits, but still am able to eat some sweet stuff not soda or juice like sweets in the morning instead of night so I burn it off, how long will it take me to lose my 15 20 pounds?

So she cannot attend a school at the moment, because of how severe her condition is. She's had this since the middle of the summer, and I feel terrible, because nobody knows what's wrong It's so hard to find answers on other websites, and I want to know if ANYONE can help. Is there a condition that any of y'all have had, or might know of, that has the symptoms listed? or a Doctor that might know what's wrong? Any suggestions are helpful, and please list the symptoms ?by the way, she has ALREADY been to the hospital a numerous amount of times. No, she does not have an eating disorder either, she's a good person with great self esteem. No doctor has found out whats wrong This. Is. Why. I'm. Asking.I've also researched, getting no help. I have no Doctor to call, considering I'm not the one with the illness. She is going to get blood samples taken again later this week, and I just really wanted to know if we could warn her about this stuff before the bloodtest and see if it is what she has. Curious weight loss after?
I go to the gym about 6 days a week. Over the summer i have gone from 230 lbs to about 200. But whenever I weigh myself after a workout I can be 20 lbs lighter or heavier. The other day after my workout I weighed 175, but the very next day I was back to 200 post workout, without a change in my diet. It seems physically impossible but it happens all the time, and I know the scale is accurate. What could explain this.

Abnormal weight loss?
Okay so i'm 4ft 11 inches and i usually weight about 8 stone 7 give or take, I weighed myself yesterday and i weighed 8 stone 1 pound today i weigh 7 stone 8, is this abnormal? I've been going to the gym quite a bit in the last five weeks but i haven't gone lately due to a sore throat and bad knee.
