You should combine diet and exercise for best and fast results. Choose healthy foods you like and replace unhealthy ones you eat in a day with them. Drink lots of water. Stay away from fat and sugar. Dont eat after 7pm. Eat 5 small meals in day, including snacks, not 3 big ones. Eat grilled and boiled foods, not fried and fastfoods. Here is a sample diet plan; Breakfast: Slices of tomatoes, a piece of cheese, 4 5 olives, 2 egg whites and green tea Snack: nuts or fruits Lunch: Salad Snack again Dinner: Grilled chicken, turkey or fish and boiled vegetables or salad You should exercise for best, fast and permanent results. You can exercise at home easily with a good program. And support it with walkings or runnings. There is a good program which includes exercises and eating plan. It is most recommended one. Cardio 3-4 days a week of cardio exercise specifically interval training. For example: Warm up for 5 mins, 1 min of high intensity, 1 min and 30 secs of lower intensity, 1 min of high intensity, 1 mins 30 secs of lower intensity. I do this five times. One of my favorite exercises is running up and down high school bleachers. Also embrace the local hills, the steeper the better because they really get your heart rate up. You should be working to the point where you are breathing fast. Strength Training 2-3 times a week I do strength training. If no weights then focus on squats, lunges, push ups. If you have weights add them in as you go when you're ready. Most importantly listen to your body, if anything hurts or does not feel "right " don't do it. Nutrition I eat 5 meals a day on average between 350-450 calories per meal following a 50% carbs, 30% protein, 20% fat ratio. Monday - Cardio Tuesday - Strength Wednesday - Cardio Thursday - Strength Friday - Cardio Saturday - Cardio and Strength Sunday - Off to recover

You havent said your age height weight or anything, but i would say - eat smaller portions, eat 5 fruit/ veg a day, excercise more, and dont eat rubbish food - snack on fruit instead - and drink lots of water should be 1.5 - 2litres a day. try and cut out/ down on sugar. this is what i have done and have lost nearly a stone, and it feels great - i just think eating chocolate feels good for about 30 seconds, but looking in the mirror/ standing on the scales and seeing an improvement is a much better feeling and lasts a hell of a lot longer! good luck :)

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together. If you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising, start with walking, and then switch to running/ jogging. Running is the most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack, disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

Your body may stop calorie burning once your lunch is delayed. Please make sure you got 3 meals a day normally plus some healthy snack or fruit between. Fresh fruit and vegetables Fresh fruit and vegetables contain low calories with good vitamin, minerals, antioxidants and fiber. As we said above, they are fantastic snack to keep you satisfied longer. On the other side, please avoid can-food or fast food and buy fresh foods because fast food is high in calorie and fat. Be careful about liquid calories Calories within liquid may not get noticed by most people who want to lose weight because they are not easily found unless you read the note carefully. Just give you an example: 6 ounce cans of soda water have 5 spoons of sugar! The easiest way to avoid this is to drink water. You can also try some healthy drinks which can give you more energy. Award yourself Losing weight quick is not an easy job. We all have some favorite food which may not healthy. You may feel frustrated during your lose weight quick journal because all those favorite food may have been banned from your diet list.
