Question: Acai berry and colon cleanse for weight loss?

Hiya, I am about 8/ 9 stone and i was wondering if the acai berry and colon cleanse diet works, i have heard it works but only on obese people so does it work for my weight? I would like to lose my extra fat and yes before some people start I do go to the gym at least once a week and try to eat as healthy as possible. Btw I live in UK in case that changes anything. Also I have already bought the two products but just want to ask if it does truly work? xxx

Don't waste your money. The only way to lose weight it to burn more calories than you take in. Acai berry adds calories, and how exactly does getting poop out of your colon affect how much fat is on your body?

Acai Berry is rumoured to be an amazing fruit and there are lots of websites out there that are selling it. You must be careful not to be enticed by a 'free week's trial' because these are only scams and you will not see your money back once you have paid. Always read reviews before purchasing!!! Read at least 5 reviews on whichacai.co.uk before you decide to buy from a website
