Question: Help me out guys weight loss question?

I eat six small meals a day these ae some of the thigs i eat tuna eggs yogurt salad nuts soy milk and i eat carrots and pineapple i run 2 miles a day and i weight train 4 days a week i use whey protein to im 5 foot 9 and weigh 290 i no im really big im 35 years old if i keep eating healthy and running 2 miles each day 5 days a week and weight training 4 days a week how much weight might i lose in a month thanks im very motivated to change my life give me a rough number on how much weight i might lose in 1 month |
