Question: ??how was my diet/exerises today?? any weight loss?

Im 15 girl, 130 pounds B- oatmeal- 150 Crasins- 100 Bread/ chesse/ ham- 200 just to be safe. From a dougnut shop..;(( But I gave all the ham to my dog L- Crasins- 100 ( my tuna samwhich was all soggy;(() S- carrots & celery- - - - orange- 70 D- not sure. Something healthy Salad or stirfy with tofu Outake- 3 lap jogging Weight room 30 minutes 30 minutes diffrent youtube workout videos 200 jumping jacks Good/ Bad? |
