Question: Teenage weight loss help?

I'm a 15 year old girl.. i weigh about 107 pounds I'm not unhappy with my weight but i'm embarrassed about my body, it's very curvy and i look like i'm pregnant half the time. I have been doing exercises at home for around 30 mins a day, usually 10 mins of jogging etc. I've cut down on A LOT of junk food, i rarely drink anything other than water, because i actually like it and its very refreshing, helps keep my skin clear too. But i just can't seem to see any changes? Also my weights been increasing instead of the opposite, any help or ideas on how i can change my body? |
