Starting on my weightloss journey ..... 79kg-56kg (174-123lbs)?
during my last relationship of 5 years i gained a lot of weight from 53kg to 83kg. it was a bad relationship and i did a LOT of comfort eating, but since i had the courage to leave my ex and have found a new man who is the love of my life i feel so much happier and feel like it is time for me to start respecting myself and my body again, i am only 5ft2 1,57m and my ideal weight it 56kg 123lbs , i have joined a dieting club which sets out four healthy meals a day for me so i know exactly what i am eating and and no calorie counting from the back of packets i think this will help me a lot, but i know i need to do exercise too, but i suffer with loose kneecaps so cant go running or things like that otherwise i end up on crutches, i have a ski machine which seems to be ok on my knees, but how often and for how long do i need to exercise for to help with my weight loss journey.my bf lives in a different country and i wont see him until april now so i really want to amaze him with my weight loss when i next go visit, so i have a target of losing half my target weight loss by then and the further half in time for my friends wedding in turkey in july. I have learnt that losing it slowly is going to be the best way to keep it off.also what have been your success stories of weight loss and how did u do it?
