What are the best sounding headphones at cd quality?
I would like to purchase a set of headphones that are high quality but not too high quality that I need an amp. This is for digital music listening at cd quality level ripped at higher quality than mp3s but lower than WAV or lossless and price isn't a huge deal because I work at Best Buy, so I can get headphones in the 200 500 dollar range. I'm mostly worried about finding headphones that will make my music sound amazing but not show incredible flaws with mildly compressed music. Thanks in advance.

My friend recently purchased Beats by Dr. Dre, and I have fallen in love with them. However, I wanted to gag after learning their price $350 . I began looking around for some decent head phones around the internet but I don't really know where to look I was hoping someone on here could point me to the right type of headphones Price range...I would like some higher quality headphones, in between $100 $200Features...I would like a lot of noise reduction, good sound quality and a nice kick to the bass.Also, I would like them to be durable as I will be traveling with them and comfortable so I can wear them for hours with no aches in my ears or head.And if it is at all possible... I would like them to look at least presentable. I'm not saying they have to look as good as Beats, but I don't want to be wearing big, clunky, ugly headphones around Your help is appreciated
Need help to Fix headphones.!?
My left headphone only works if my Ipod is at a certain angle and I dont wanna throw them away because they are expensive....Like if I pick my Ipod up I can only hear out the right one..does anyone know whats wrong and how to fix it.?

So my pair of Skullcandy headphones just broke again and i am not the type of person to break things easily.So now I'm asking for everyone's help. I need a pair of headphones, preferably noise cancelling, that fit around your whole ear, and are durable, because i don't want them to break easily. What's wrong with my headphones?
the little " bit" that goes into the MP3 is weird, i have to move it around and hold it somewhere, otherwise i get only treble or only bass. they're expensive so i don't want to get new ones. does anyone know how to fix them even if it means getting a new " bit" and cutting the old wires to fit it in i Just need instructions, or an alternative method.

Hi. I plan on buying beats by dr. dre over the ear with controltalk. it has has a mic built in, and so i was wondering if i can buy a 3.5 to 2.5 mm adapter to plug the headphone into the xbox 360 controller to use as a regular headset. Is this possible?

How do I make my speakers play sound instead of my headphone?
I've a problem with my computer, a week ago I tripped over the cable of my headphone, and now the front jack of my computer and the headphone are both broken.The problem is that my computer used to switch between headphones and speakers, but now the front jack is broken it doesn't see that there's no headphone plugged in.With other words, my speakers aren't playing any sound.Does anyone know how I can transfer the sound that's now sent to my front jack to my rear jack?I have tried all properties but nothing has seemed to fix it so far, any help would be appreciated.

Hi, me and my friend were both searching for good headphones. Recently my friend, being the big spender that he is, bought Dr. Dre beats headphones for $280. I know that there are better headphones for the price and even at lower prices. MY question is...what headphones are on the market for under $100 that are on par or better with the quality of his Dr.Dre ones? I prefer ones that have good bass and of course overall sound quality, and also have an around the ear design.Thanks
