A simple php problem with wordpress themes?
Hi, my problem with one wp theme is when i want active my theme, an error says in functions.php and line 157.last code in functions.php is < ?php function get first image global $post, $posts $first img '' ob start ob end clean $output preg match all ' < img. src '" '" '" . > i', $post > post content, $matches $first img $matches 1 0 if empty $first img Defines a default image$first img " images default.jpg" return $first img ?> error is in ?> at end. I can't solve it. please help thnx for your answer. but it's not the case,please download thiswordpress.site5.net themes rockwell wp.zipand and test, function.php is not in true style i think.

I've been wanting to change the theme on my Wordpress blog but it's not it's own website i.e. the address of the site is still " myblog.wordpress.com" it's not actually titled My Blog but you get my point . I can't figure out if there's a way to upload a theme that isn't one of the themes supplied by Wordpress is using a different theme not possible if you're using the free version of Wordpress? Thanks

I use WordPress but I want to upload my own WordPress theme. I can't find out how to do it. I own my own domain but I can not host off of their server. Is there any way to do it for free or do I have to pay to upload a theme?Also if I buy a hosting package can I host a wordpress theme somewhere else?the themes I got were from themes2wp.com thanks
